US LBM Site Reliability Engineer - Application Development

• Design, implement and maintain highly available and scalable systems to ensure 24/7 uptime for our applications.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that provides key metrics such as volume, latency, availability and error rates
• Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to incidents promptly.
• Conduct blameless postmortem of incidents, identify root cause and help implement no repeat plans
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes in development and support to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Conduct load test, identify performance bottlenecks and implement performance tuning and optimization techniques
• Implement and maintain security best practices
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipeline using Azure DevOps
• Setup prod/non-prod environments
• Lead and manage software releases. Monitor and validate successful deployments.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, or relevant experience.

• 4+ years of proven experience in Site Reliability and DevOps
• 4+ years working in a team supporting highly available web/mobile applications
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
• Experience in version controls systems, and CI/CD pipelines

• Expertise in Azure services such as Azure monitor, Application Insights and Prometheus/Grafana.
• Strong experience in integrating APM platforms such as Datadog for Monitoring and Observability
• Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of system/infrastructure fundamentals
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as python, Bash or Powershell
• Mastery of creation of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Terraform
• Proficiency in developing server-side components using C#
• Expertise in SQL, Relational Database systems and NO SQL databases.
