If so, we welcome you as a potential member of our team to help address discrimination and protect all people in Pennsylvania by ensuring their equal civil rights under the law.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Human Relations Representative 3 with our Philadelphia regional office, you will be responsible for supervising lower-level Human Relations Representatives engaged in conducting investigations of alleged discrimination complaints against individuals or minority groups in discrimination in employment, education, housing, commercial property and public accommodations. Your team will rely on you to analyze and guide their work to ensure application of the proper investigative procedures and theories in analyzing complaints of discrimination.

Your work will involve overseeing our internal case management system, as well as planning, directing, organizing, and evaluating team members and their work. This includes directing and prioritizing workload and workflow within your team; researching inquiries; and directly responding to the public. Effective communication is key as you will be expected to meet with each of your team members on a regular basis and may testify at court proceedings.
