CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services.

Summary:

CP Marine is seeking a highly organized, technically proficient Program Manager with a strong background in Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity, particularly in securing Facility-Related Control Systems (FRCS) and Electronic Security Systems (ESS). The ideal candidate will bring a blend of program management expertise, cybersecurity knowledge, and facilities security experience, and will be capable of leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs from initiation through completion.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Define and communicate program goals, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, assigning project managers and technical staff to initiatives.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Establish governance frameworks, cybersecurity controls, and compliance standards.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity and IT best practices.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure secure integration of ESS and FRCS technologies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to cyber threats and physical security vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain program documentation, reporting progress to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Mentor project staff and foster a culture of security awareness and technical excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD, NIST, and other relevant cybersecurity frameworks.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network security, and cyber risk management.
  • Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements, including RMF and NIST SP 800-53.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Basecamp).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT.
  • IAT Level III certification (e.g., CASP+, CISSP, CISA) or ability to obtain.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in program management, project management, administration, cybersecurity domains and related field
  • Experience with Facility-Related Control Systems and Electronic Security Systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related technical field.
  • Any other related certifications will be helpful.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000.
