Your responsibilities may include:

  Developing and enhancing training content in collaboration with experienced Technical Training Developers, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness

  Designing innovative instructional methods for electrical, hydraulic, and drivetrain systems, leveraging adult learning principles and emerging technologies such as AI, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and extended reality (XR)

  Evaluating and improving courses by observing delivery, identifying areas for enhancement, and executing updates to elevate the learning experience

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Development, Quality, Product Marketing, Sales, and Parts teams to gather technical insights and documentation that support comprehensive training programs

  
  

Candidates may be pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor's, or Post-graduate degree in the following majors or related fields: Education, Business, Adult Learning, Computer Science

The annual salary for this role is USD$19.50 - $37.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
