Job Title: Practice Coordinator 3

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

• Manage front and back-office tasks, including patient check-in and check-out.
• Perform APeX in-basket work such as scheduling appointments, obtaining authorizations, replying to patient advice requests, and processing faxes.
• Support clinic operations, coordinating care for an average of 50-60 patients daily.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling medical documentation and communication.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, providers, and staff, delivering excellent customer service.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical or medical office setting.
• Experience with APeX (Epic) preferred; open to candidates without APeX training.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Work will remain at the Mission Bay campus for the entire assignment.
• Potential for temp-to-perm conversion based on performance.
