Job Description:

The Inside Account Representative for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization deliver results and provide exceptional customer service to our partners.

In the Inside Account Representative role, you work with specific, identified accounts. You will work with your colleagues to provide appropriate information to meet our partners needs while supporting company directives to drive revenues and margins to ensure organizational profitability.

What You'll Do:
  • Formulate account plans

  • Note account slippage and create a proactive strategy to gain business

  • Engage with partners for quotes and orders and ensure that team enters those quotes and orders successfully

  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline to guarantee continual growth

  • Make inbound and outbound sales calls to an established client base in order to quote prices and provide product information

  • Build influential relationships with our vendor partners and resellers

  • Help resellers navigate vendor programs to maximize the profit for both TD SYNNEX and our partners

  • Identify and develop business opportunities

  • Create business plans to uncover new opportunities and increase TD SYNNEX's sales and profits

  • Represent TD SYNNEX professionally in daily interface with internal and external business partners, customers, and supporting departments

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Meets attendance and punctuality standard

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma Required.

  • Proficient in English and Spanish.

  • Able to solve problems of moderate scope.

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

  • Able to be diplomatic when handling calls/correspondence.

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

  • Able to use relevant computer system applications (which may include spreadsheets, word processors, databases, etc.) at an advanced level. Able to use common office equipment.

  • Possesses strong data entry skills.

  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

  • Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

  • Able to effectively multi-task.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.

  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.

  • Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.

  • Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.

Other Education/Certifications:
  • G.E.D. Certification plus 3 years relevant experience desired.

  • Degree in Business administration or Marketing desired.

Working Conditions:
  • Professional Office environment (Hybrid).

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

  • Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
