Human Resources Generalist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Payroll Support & Back Up
• Time and Attendance Tracking
• Benefit Administration Duties
• Leave Management Administration
• Compliance with local, state and Federal agencies
• Conducting monthly audits
• Employee Relations & Support
• Assisting with special requests/reports needed by the Executive Leadership Team members.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in Human Resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
• Strong time management skills, ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS, ADP system is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and other related software. Expert level in Excel is a must.
