What You Need to Know

The Wireless Mobility Specialist will be responsible for interfacing with AccentCare's mobile device users (appx 10,000+ devices) to provide provisioning and support services, build enhanced rapport, and assist with mobile plan optimization strategies to ensure cost savings. This role will be responsible for assisting with monthly reporting and analysis of wireless spending and inventory. This position will work in conjunction with the ServiceDesk, End User Engineering, and IT Asset Management to improve overall user satisfaction.

  • Broad skills in mobile wireless technologies (cell phones, smartphones (iPhones and Samsung), mobile broadband devices (MiFi), tablets, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone support etiquette
  • Ability to work professionally with all levels in the organization; interacting with Executives will be key in this role
  • Logical thinker and have possess the ability to see solutions where others may not
  • Cautious and thoughtful to ensure no disruption of service for users

Required Education and Experience:

  • An associate degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field required. A combination of relevant college coursework, technical training, and demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Three to five years of experience procuring and provisioning wireless devices, resolving technical carrier issues and working directly with cellular carriers.
  • Experience with enterprise mobility management (EMM) platforms and wireless carrier portals.
  • Experience with mobile device management platforms, such as Microsoft Intune.
