Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know The Wireless Mobility Specialist will be responsible for interfacing with AccentCare's mobile device users (appx 10,000+ devices) to provide provisioning and support services, build enhanced rapport, and assist with mobile plan optimization strategies to ensure cost savings. This role will be responsible for assisting with monthly reporting and analysis of wireless spending and inventory. This position will work in conjunction with the ServiceDesk, End User Engineering, and IT Asset Management to improve overall user satisfaction.
