JUNIOR HUMINT TARGETING INSTRUCTOR
Location: Washington, D.C. | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI - CI Poly Preferred

Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Junior HUMINT Targeting Instructor to support the Government in executing and enhancing DIA's HUMINT Targeting course instruction. In this role, you will instruct with authority over HUMINT Targeting principles, methodologies, and operational applications. U.S. citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, support, and deliver training in all areas of Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT).
  • Instruct with authority across HUMINT Targeting principles and methodologies.
  • Coordinate with DIA guest lecturers to ensure cohesive and comprehensive course delivery.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver accurate and professional instructional materials.
  • Apply expertise in HUMINT Targeting, including DoD policies, legal authorities, functions, methodologies, and IT systems.
  • Administer, evaluate, and manage blocks of instruction within the HUMINT curriculum.
  • Instruct students on HUMINT operations, applying targeting analysis to multiple mission sets.
  • Incorporate experience in pattern of life, social network, and human factors analysis into instruction.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Counterintelligence Polygraph (Preferred).
  • Minimum of four (4) years applied experience as a certified HUMINT professional in HUMINT Targeting.
  • Experience in pattern-of-life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis.
  • Knowledge of HUMINT operations with ability to instruct students in application and targeting analysis.
  • Thorough understanding of the HUMINT Targeting cycle and its role in HUMINT operations.
  • Graduate of a recognized IC-level HUMINT Targeting course (e.g., OHTC, Targeting Certification Board, or equivalent).

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 annually
The listed pay range is intended as a general guideline and does not represent a guaranteed salary. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the role's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, and skill set, internal equity, market data, and applicable laws or agreements. We provide a competitive and comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and long-term success of our full-time employees.

Travel: No travel required.
Work Environment: On-site, daytime schedule, no remote option.
