About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented problem-solver to join our team as a Rate Analyst. In this role, you will support the administration of rates and services for new and existing client contracts across the U.S. and Canada. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate contract setup, billing, and implementation processes. Your ability to analyze, audit, and resolve pricing issues will be vital in ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Administer setup of all products and services across U.S. and Canadian regions, including lease and loan rates, and new service offerings.
  • Review and validate contract and program enrollment data to ensure accuracy and compliance with credit, pricing, and eligibility guidelines.
  • Support client setup needs such as lease term changes, in-service date changes, parent/child account transfers, and billing adjustments.
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Strategic Consulting, and Operations on re-amortization analyses and pricing validations.
  • Ensure timely activation of units by resolving contract validation errors.
  • Conduct billing adjustments for retroactive pricing that are not system-generated.
  • Audit client setup and implementation for accuracy and compliance, ensuring alignment with approval processes.
  • Lead issue resolution related to client pricing and billing, applying problem-solving and root-cause analysis techniques.
  • Collaborate with Account Teams and clients to resolve setup and billing discrepancies in alignment with contract terms.
  • Participate in new business implementations to ensure smooth onboarding and optimal client solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a finance, billing, or operational support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: College/University degree preferred.
  • Experience in financial services or fleet management.
  • Knowledge of FSP billing systems or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Service Cloud, or other CRM/workflow tools.
  • Understanding of billing processes, data flow, and asset management systems.
  • Ability to document procedures and contribute to process improvement.

Location: Owings Mills, MD

The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,600 to $71,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
