The People IT team within Cisco IT is responsible for solutioning, building, deploying, and maintaining applications that support the guiding principles and variety of HR objectives/outcomes for the company. Your ImpactSenior Software Engineer role for the People IT team is critical for us to meet and exceed the expectations of our business partners in HR space. The role supports this by leading and supporting a wide range of web applications, custom development, APIs and data as a service on technology stack like Java, Elastic, Kafka, Mulesoft, MongoDB, Oracle both On-prem and in Cloud. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
