We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive project execution, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet business goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Plan, lead, and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). * Coordinate project activities across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives. * Collaborate with Product Owners to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. * Manage and mitigate project risks and dependencies. * Track project progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps) and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. * Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment to maximize team productivity. * Promote Agile best practices and coach team members on Agile principles and frameworks. * Serve as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership. * Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with strategic objectives. * Continuously improve project delivery processes and team performance through feedback and retrospectives Competencies: * Strong Experience managing software development or IT projects in an Agile environment * Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills * Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree a plus) or equivalent work experience in a similar environment. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification. Experience: 3-7 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on Agile/Scrum environments.
