Job Purpose

ICE Mortgage Technology (IMT) is a provider of enterprise on-demand solutions, including an online network, software, and services for the residential mortgage industry. We are leading the mortgage industry into the future, developing and marketing software solutions that are transforming how mortgage lenders, investors, and settlement service providers work and work together.

IMT is looking for a Senior Revenue Assurance Specialist to join our US-based team. We seek highly motivated candidates for an opportunity to join the Revenue Assurance team which is responsible for ensuring ICE proprietary data and software is licensed and utilized appropriately by our global customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine partner and lender engagements to understand workflows and use of services
  • Perform account reconciliations by gathering data and analyzing for any anomalies
  • Review financial data, transactions, and processes to pinpoint areas of potential revenue leakage or loss
  • Provide concise analysis and findings regarding compliance with agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to remediate any findings and issue new or amended contracts
  • Develop relationships with various internal stakeholders and external customers to promote and support the advancement of the Business & IP Management program
  • Identify and implement process improvement enhancements across internal workflows
  • Document and analyze use cases and associated systems/applications
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data in internal systems and processes
  • Participate in management initiatives and ad-hoc special projects

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Experience extracting and analyzing large datasets using Excel and Tableau
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 4+ years of data and licensing experience within a mortgage software provider and/or financial institution is preferred
  • Proficiency in negotiating commercial agreements
  • Familiarity with mortgage data and the loan underwriting process
  • Relationship management experience a plus

New York Base Salary Range

The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $97,900 - 159,700 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
