ABOUT THE JOB



  • Supervise the JD Edwards support team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Ensure timely resolution of service requests, incidents, and minor enhancements, maintaining a strong focus on customer service and system reliability.
  • Oversee support ticket queue and ensure support team adheres to internal SLAs and change management processes.
  • Participate in the daily support and administration of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment, including troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Coordinate and implement small-scale enhancements and updates based on business requirements.
  • Work closely with end users across manufacturing, distribution, finance, and other functional areas to understand needs and improve platform effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Systems Transformation to manage the relationship with external JD Edwards managed services providers (MSPs).
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure effective issue resolution and delivery of enhancements.
  • Review vendor performance, escalate issues as necessary, and help drive accountability for service delivery.
  • Support cross-functional teams during testing, training, and implementation of enhancements and updates.
  • Assist in planning and executing system improvements and minor upgrade projects.

ABOUT YOU



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment.
  • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within an ERP support team.
  • Solid understanding of JD Edwards modules commonly used in manufacturing and distribution (e.g., Inventory, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Financials).
  • Experience working with and managing MSPs or third-party vendors in a support capacity.
  • Effective problem-solving skills. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group -problem-solving situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards Development, Orchestrator, UDOs, and CNC principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based support practices.
  • Experience with ERP support in a multi-site or global manufacturing organization.
