Job Summary This role will be hyperfocused on execution and achieving goals. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with executing media across Google, Meta, Tiktok, or has the ability to quickly ramp up on channels novel to their experience. This role will also have some exposure to analytics. Ideally in this role, this person becomes fluent in analytics under the mentorship of team leads. Leadership believes in an Art + Science approach to deliver outcomes and generate new ideas. We are always accountable for what we do. Responsibilities * Highly Communicative - Sets expectations, keeps people informed and asks questions to stay informed. * Ethical - Lets feel proud about the work we do. * Precise Budget management. * Manage budgets, track performance data, and proactively identify opportunities for optimization. * Ideation of new ideas - encouraged & your time to shine. * Update documentation for client delivery and if necessary, ad hoc analysis to prove or disprove hypothesis. * Proficient in at least 2 of the following channels with little supervision: Google, Meta, and TikTok. * Drive efficient goals through testing, audience expansion, channel diversification, and creative iteration. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Analytics. * Leverage tools like AppsFlyer, Tableau, Looker, etc.. to monitor performance and uncover opportunities. * A willingness to learn and grow. * A desire to build relationships with team members and other stakeholders, both internally and externally. * Basic to moderate understanding of attribution and implications of its settings . The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00-$168,912.00/ year.
