JOB DESCRIPTION: This position will provide direct oversight of a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team that handles 988 calls/chat/text. As a part of this team, you'd be responsible for providing direct management and oversight of all Illinois 988 operations and serve as the liaison with the Department of Mental Health (DMH) to best support children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a mental health crisis in Illinois. This position is part of a large multi-disciplinary team that works as part of a service line across a multi-state footprint. The ideal candidate for this role has excellent computer skills, a proven ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communication/instant messaging and the ability to multi-task in a high stress environment. Adheres to applicable policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Master's Degree in mental health or related field. Four years of experience working in a mental health related position required. 988 program experience preferred. Licensed Mental Health Professional in the state of Illinois required. Time Type: Full timePay Range: $90,000.00--$135,030.00Delivering care that changes people's lives starts with our employees.
