Job Description General Summary: Vertex is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Program Quality, to join our US Patient Support Center of Excellence (COE). The COE is a group of compassionate and determined individuals who provide operational support to our three commercial Patient Support teams (Cystic Fibrosis, Hematology, and Acute Pain) including support in systems and technology, data and analytics, vendor management and program quality. Additionally, COE team members help design patient support offerings and policies for future Vertex Patient Support Programs (PSP). As the Senior Manager you will be a part of our Program Quality team, where you will play a meaningful role within the COE and contribute to the success of the PSP programs. You will lead aspects of Compliance in GPS. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in monitoring and auditing compliance to the PSP policies as well as tracking corrective and preventative actions. You will report to the Director of Program Quality in the COE. Key Responsibilities:

Pay Range: $134,400 - $201,600Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting.
