Join Our Architecture Team as a BIM Design Technician!
Location: Oregon, WI or Phoenix, AZ | Hybrid Schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote)

We're looking for a BIM Design Technician with a strong architectural foundation and hands-on Revit experience to join our collaborative in-house Architecture team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to grow professionally, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain real-world experience in affordable housing, historic preservation, and multifamily development.
What You'll Do:
- Produce accurate, detailed construction drawings and documentation using Revit
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure high-quality design output
- Translate architectural concepts into technical documentation through all project phases
- Apply knowledge of building systems, drafting standards, and codes
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external teams
- Gain exposure to impactful housing developments with a focus on revitalizing communities
We're Looking for Candidates Who:
- Are proficient in Revit (required) and comfortable producing full contract drawing sets
- Have a solid understanding of architecture and building design
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Are collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Have an Associate's degree in Architecture, or equivalent relevant experience
- Can provide a portfolio or sample work demonstrating past projects and drawing sets
- Are local to Madison, WI or Phoenix, AZ and able to work a hybrid in-office schedule
