Do you have a passion for technology and a knack for troubleshooting software issues? Gorman & Company is hiring a detail-oriented Operations Technology Specialist to support our teams across the country in using property management systems effectively. This role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on software training and technical support while contributing to innovative process improvements in a mission-driven organization.

What You'll Do

As the Operations Technology Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting property management teams and ensuring our systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

Facilitate training sessions for new and existing employees on property management software
Provide responsive and accurate helpdesk support for systems such as RealPage OneSite and CallMax
Troubleshoot software issues and escalate to system administrators when necessary
Support accounting functions during pre-close and month-end processes
Maintain and update lease, compliance, and document templates in software platforms
Complete ledger adjustments, such as charge reversals and bad debt write-offs
Collaborate in meetings to evaluate systems and identify opportunities for process improvements
Assist with internal communications on system-related policy or procedural updates

What You'll Bring

2+ years of experience supporting RealPage OneSite, CallMax, or other property management systems
Previous experience in software support, helpdesk, or IT environments preferred
Familiarity with affordable housing compliance systems is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and technical communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on end-user support and training

What We Offer

Hourly Rate: $25.46 - $38.46 per hour, based on experience
