More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as an Operations Manager in Aurora, CO, with Signify.

  • Oversee quality, manufacturing engineering, and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor quality performance KPIs in line with targets and initiate appropriate actions.

  • Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes on existing product lines to reduce costs.

  • Lead the effective transfer of information on new product designs and custom designs from design to manufacturing.

  • Develop and implement tools and processes for generating product data over a wide variety of configurations.

  • Partner with Plant Manager to deliver operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial, manufacturing or mechanical engineering, or related, highly preferred

  • 10+ years' experience in manufacturing management, ideally in the lighting industry

  • Proven experience with quality programs and knowledge of regulatory compliance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with teams and stakeholders

  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and operational improvements

Salary:$124,200 - 200,000 USD Annual Base

Bonus:target bonus opportunity - 15%
