In this role the Senior Project Manager would lead project management of transformation projects through collaboration with cross functional teams, including data scientists, supply chain professionals, business analysts, finance partners and engineers

Qualifications:

  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools

  • Project Management Experience: Demonstrated success in delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget

  • Strong Analytical Skill: Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making abilities with a data driven approach

  • Supply Chain Optimization Focus: Ability to identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules including the formalization of a realistic timeline, complete with milestones, targets and identification of responsible parties

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, roles and responsibilities and timing for programs

  • Create and implement a change management plan for the organization

  • Manage and escalate as needed, risks and issues throughout the project

  • Manage multiple projects at any given time

  • Facilitate team meetings weekly and quarterly

  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle

  • Present project status as required to different organization levels

Additional Qualified Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written

  • Change Management experience

  • Analytical, problem-solving, data driven

  • Strong Project Management skills

  • Ability to work in a matrix team environment

  • Advance Google Suite experience

  • Working knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement processes preferred

  • PMP certification preferred

Target Base Salary Range: $101,300-$202,600

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or Supply Chain

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, Program Management, or Supply Chain required.
