AI Solution Architect, Senior Manager

The Opportunity:

Technology is no longer just a support function - it's becoming the core driver of how modern enterprises operate, adapt, and grow. As systems become more interconnected, vendor landscapes more fragmented, and business demands more urgent, the need for strong technical architecture leadership has never been greater. We're looking for a seasoned architect who can bring clarity to complexity, unify disparate tools and platforms, and design systems that are built to scale. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the technical strategy for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that span legacy modernization, enterprise integration, and emerging technology adoption.
  • Help evaluate tools, guide architectural decisions, and work across business, operations, and engineering stakeholders to shape solutions that are not only technically sound but organizationally viable.
  • Thrive at the intersection of system depth, strategic impact, and cross-functional influence.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience designing and implementing complex enterprise systems
  • 3+ years of experience focused on AI/ML, automation, or intelligent workflow platforms
  • Experience as a solution or enterprise architect in a matrixed organization with legacy systems and a variety of tools
  • Experience as a hands-on engineer writing code or implementing systems
  • Experience integrating 3rdparty platforms and APIs across systems with enterprise tools such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS, and Microsoft Azure
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and working across CTO organizations, operations, business units, and service delivery teams to drive outcomes
  • Experience with data governance, integration patterns, and platform scalability considerations in a large, federated enterprise
  • Ability to reason through architectural trade-offs and technical limitations
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for senior stakeholders and build alignment across business, technical, and operational teams
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience consolidating or rationalizing redundant tools or platforms to reduce operational complexity
  • Experience building and deploying generative and agentic AI systems into production
  • Experience in high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives involving business transformation or digital modernization
  • Experience with AI/ML platform orchestration or intelligent automation at scale
  • Ability to act as a bridge between strategy and implementation, guiding technical delivery without overseeing day-to-day execution
  • Possession of excellent verbal, written, and executive communication skills
  • Master's degree preferred
