The Opportunity

This role presents a unique opportunity to gain experience working in the second largest commercial affiliate in the world across the entire Roche Group. In the US Diagnostics commercial affiliate, the Finance Partner for Roche Support Network (RSN) and Core Lab provides exceptional finance business partnership to stakeholders and cross-functional colleagues, building trusted relationships & navigating our matrixed organization to achieve results. The finance partner will have direct exposure to senior leadership, including VP's of Sales, US DIA Finance Leadership Team, VPs in Roche Support Network and Core Lab.

What You'll Do:

In this role you will be a financial business partner for the Roche Support Network (RSN) and Core Lab team and be a member of the Partnering Chapter. Main tasks and duties will include (not necessarily limited to):

• Strategic Partnering: Act as the single point of contact for Core Lab instrument and service topics, supporting strategy and business objectives key to RDC's overall success

• Financial Stewardship: Leading instrument forecast and budget processes across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives; work with organizational partners in developing forecasts, business cases and budgets; analyzing the P&L, highlighting key trends and insights to identify areas of opportunity to drive greater impact on the financials and enterprise

• Drive Value & Insights: Providing insights that enable enterprise outcomes; work cross-functionally across the enterprise to align forecasts, identify efficiencies, anddrive value

• Shape the Future: Contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of RDC. Play a pivotal role in instrument prioritization, workforce planning & ensuring alignment between commercial and global stakeholders

• Influence & Innovate: Supporting special projects and analysis for supported business partners

Who You Are

You are an entrepreneurial finance professional with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing at all levels. You thrive in a dynamic environment and possess an agile mindset, collaborating effectively across teams. Additionally, you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or other business related field. MBA preferred

• 5-10 years of progressive finance experience

• Proven ability to effectively influence and manage stakeholders at all levels and lead and enable change

• Excellent communication skills that inspire and motivate others

• Proven track record of understanding the broader enterprise and leveraging that comprehension to identify opportunities for sustainable growth and results

• A strategic thinker with strong business acumen and customer orientation as well as proven ability to manage and drive projects

• Interest in pursuing global career opportunities within Roche

This position is based in Indianapolis, IN and has an in office requirement of 3 days/wk.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $100,400 - $186,400. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
