MIT Lincoln Laboratory's Division 3 is seeking a well-rounded, self-motivated Student IT Technician to support day-to-day IT operations. This full-time co-op is ideal for students with a strong technical foundation who are eager to grow their skills in a hands-on, professional environment. The student will work on-site alongside Division IT staff to provide technical support to end users, assist with patch management, and contribute to general IT operations. The role includes helpdesk responsibilities as well as asset and inventory management tasks. Candidates should have experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019/2022 and/or Linux (Red Hat 8/9 preferred). Familiarity with PC hardware is expected. This position requires a 40-hour on-site work week during the student's co-op experience. Key Responsibilities:
