The Operations Project Manager, Launch Management, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the launch process, from the creation of project plans and team structure to the final delivery. Ideally, you will bring building solid relationships with stakeholders, cross team collaboration and leading discussions to operate work that directly impacts the business vision and strategy. We are looking for an individual who can drive successful launches (projects) and contribute to the overall success of the business. ResponsibilitiesCreates and maintains artifacts as defined in all phases of Microsoft Operations delivery lifecycle. Manage short, medium, and long-term planning horizons concurrently. Delivery of Microsoft Launch Center (MLC) artifacts and stage gate criteria for all stages. Contribute to the movement and speed to market of approved projects through the MLC. Provides input on portfolio decision making and prioritization communications as part of the defined Portfolio Rhythm of Business (ROB). Participate and facilitate in cross Go-to-Market (GTM) portfolio discussions and Business Portfolio ROB. Work effectively with all levels of internal and external personnel to drive for results and solve problems. Work under and meet continual deadline constraints. Embody our culture and values
