Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various business initiatives and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong focus on audit, vendor management, risk assessments, and other key project management functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed according to plan and meet established goals and objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee the selection, evaluation, and management of vendors and work with CFSI vendor management team as necessary. Ensure vendors meet performance standards and contractual obligations. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of vendor performance.
  • Risk Assessments: Identify, assess, and manage project risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitor and report on risk status throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Monitor expenditures and ensure projects are completed within budget. Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including senior leadership, regional leadership, team members, and external partners. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. Implement quality control processes and conduct regular reviews to identify and address any issues.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams. Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner

Qualifications

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required

Experience/Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of audit, vendor management, and risk assessment processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
