Key Responsibilities:
Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Minimum 2 years technical support experience in SaaS or Enterprise Software environment to include experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
