The Opportunity:

As a Revenue Growth Management Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our growth engine-turning data into strategy and strategy into results. You'll help shape pricing, promotions, and product mix decisions that fuel sustainable, profitable growth across our iconic snack brands.

This is more than a numbers role-it's a chance to influence how millions of consumers experience our products, while partnering with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Category Management to unlock new opportunities in a competitive market.

What You'll Do:



  • Analyze sales, trade spend, pricing, and promotional performance across products, customers and channels to identify growth and margin improvement opportunities.
  • Support the execution of price-pack architecture strategies tailored to specific customer segments and channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and financial goals.
  • Maintain and update key pricing, promotion, and TPM (Trade Promotion Management) data sources. Assist in developing and enhancing dashboards and reports to track performance, using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Partner with Sales teams to evaluate customer profitability, assess trade investment ROI, and recommend adjustments to investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with Finance to align pricing and promotional strategies with broader financial objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pricing strategies that support long-term brand health, customer success, and category leadership.


What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in revenue growth management, category management, sales finance, trade marketing, or related field within the CPG industry.
  • Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and modeling).
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Nielsen, IRI).
  • Familiarity with TPM/TPO systems is a strong plus (e.g., SAP, CAS, Blacksmith, UpClear).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Adaptability and ability to flex priorities based on the needs of the business.
  • Business curiosity and a passion for uncovering insights to drive action.
