$60-$70/K 1st 7:00am thru 3:30pm Green Bay, WI Job Category: Manufacturing Job Details: Summary of essential Job functions of Wedler/Fabricator O Works from and interprets fairly complicated sketches, drawings, blueprints, routings, product specifications O Produce high quality product of superb craftsmanship O Create custom fabrications made from Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Mild Steel for commercial and industrial clientele O On-time delivery of fabricated metal products O Production of products consistent with quality standards established O Work with a heightened level of focus on SAFETY O Work with good housekeeping and waste management practices Summary of secondary Job functions of Wedler/Fabricator O Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications required of Wedler/Fabricator O High school diploma or equivalency O 4 Years past experience in Metal Fabrication O Industry Relevant Experience O Working knowledge of fixturing and weld set-up parameters (amps, volts, etc) O Strong skills in Welding both MIG and TIG O Motivated and ability to Learn O Attention to detail and accuracy O Ability to read and interpret shop and design drawings O Layout and Measure O Knowledge of hand tools O Grinding and detailed finishing O Cutting, Sawing and Bending skills O Industrial Forklift Operation O Crane Operation O A Technical Degree is preferred O Ability to do detailed work with a high degree of accuracy O Must be self-motivated, and possess the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, with a positive attitude.
