The Maintenance Repair and Operations Supply Coordinator maintains current inventory system while supporting Maintenance & Tool room technicians and supply room organization. Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to issue inventory items to work orders, close work orders, order parts and create new inventory part locations and identifications.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Provide service to internal customers as needed. (50%)

  • Respond to customer requests and/or email communication.
  • Perform all receiving of purchased material including item and quantity receipt verification, system entry, stocking, issuing, and locating inventory by utilizing SAP and Maintenance
  • Connection applications.
  • Ensure all purchase orders and returns for stock items have appropriate documentation.

Planning and Prioritizing department orders (40%)

  • Collaborate with Maintenance PM on strategy, plan, and execution.
  • Collaborate with Engineers and Technicians, researching parts application capabilities and process use.
  • Challenge patterns of waste and inefficiency. Develop methods of improving the system.
  • Responsible for laying out the Storeroom and building shelves, creating bins, drawers, etc.
  • Maintain (CMMS) system.
  • Understand stock levels, order points, and usage.

Pick up and deliver parts as required using company vehicle. (10%)

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experienced in manufacturing maintenance purchasing, inventory control management, preventative maintenance, shipping and receiving with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Must be able to prioritize and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work with minimal supervision
  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly and work well within a group
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and CMMS software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Provide good verbal and written communications to all levels of management, both internally and externally.
  • Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, work effectively in team/crew environment, adherence to all safety regulations and operating procedures.

This job operates in a professional office environment where standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printer/scanner, etc. are frequently used.

This job does not require travel.

WORK STATUS & LOCATION

This full-time, non-exempt, position is located in Stockton, CA. It is not eligible for remote work.

RELOCATION

Relocation is not available for this position.

PAY

$26.73 - $42.79 / hour
