Ideal candidates should possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. The role demands a proactive approach to system maintenance and user support, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT assets within the Credit Union. This individual will work in-office at our North Saint Paul branch until the initial training is completed over two to three weeks. Once fully trained, this individual will have the opportunity to work from home. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with other hours as needed. Lunch breaks are one hour Monday through Friday. This individual will work on a Saturday rotation working approximately one out of every eight weeks from 9 AM to 12 PM (Saturdays worked are remote and the weekly schedule will be adjusted to maintain a 40-hour work week). This is Grade 9 - Hourly, Full-time position with Benefits. The starting rate of pay is $26.99 - $28.67 per hour.
