Description

The Salesforce Solutions Architect will serve as the strategic business technology leader for Convergint's Salesforce ecosystem, driving enterprise-wide digital transformation through the Lead-to-Order (L2O) process. This role combines business strategy expertise with technical architecture to design and evolve Salesforce solutions that accelerate revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and enable operational scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with business strategy and drive measurable outcomes across the customer lifecycle
Lead strategic design of end-to-end L2O processes, optimizing for sales velocity, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
Partner with C-suite and business leaders to translate growth objectives into scalable Salesforce capabilities
Design enterprise integration architecture leveraging MuleSoft to create seamless data flows across business systems
Establish architectural governance and best practices for Salesforce platform evolution and innovation
Drive business process transformation initiatives that leverage Salesforce capabilities for competitive advantage
Lead cross-functional teams in solution design sessions, ensuring alignment between business vision and technical execution

Evaluate and recommend emerging Salesforce technologies and features that enable business differentiation
Define KPIs and success metrics for Salesforce initiatives; measure and communicate business impact
Build strategic roadmaps for platform enhancement aligned with business growth trajectories
Mentor technical teams and business stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities and optimal adoption patterns

Required Qualifications:
7+ years architecting enterprise Salesforce solutions with demonstrated business impact
Proven expertise designing complex Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations that drive revenue growth
Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, customer journey mapping, and revenue operations
Experience leading digital transformation and process reengineering initiatives
Strong track record with enterprise integration architecture, particularly MuleSoft implementations
Expertise in solution architecture frameworks and business capability modeling
Demonstrated ability to build business cases and influence executive stakeholders
Experience managing technology vendor relationships and strategic partnerships
Advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning, and modern Salesforce development paradigms

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or System Architect credentials
MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect
Experience with CPQ implementations and complex pricing models
Industry expertise in security, building automation, or systems integration sectors
Background in management consulting or business strategy
Experience with AI and predictive analytics in CRM contexts
