What to Expect
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join Tesla's Supercharger Service Team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and asset managers to coordinate service work across Tesla's vast Supercharger network in North America, Canada, and Mexico. You'll support mission-critical operations that help maintain the world's best EV charging infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Manage subcontractors and service vendors for repair and maintenance work
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and invoice approvals
- Manage Tesla's internal case management software and a suite of proprietary systems regarding site repairs; maintain and update internal databases, scopes of work, and procedural documentation
- Monitor Supercharger performance using remote diagnostic tools
- Professionally interface with internal teams and external vendors across multiple regions, and collaborate closely with Asset Managers to coordinate field service campaigns, repairs, and upgrades
- Manage large-scale retrofit or product upgrade rollouts, ensuring all service work meets quality, safety, and performance standards
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and Tesla's mission
What You'll Bring
- Experience working in construction or field operations required; electrical knowledge preferred
- Experience working with service vendors, technicians, or facilities management
- Previous experience using remote monitoring systems and documentation tools preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Familiarity with Tesla systems or energy infrastructure preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication (bilingual English/Spanish preferred), with a collaborative mindset and dedication to high-integrity work
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, showcasing high attention to detail and organizational skills
- Occasional field visits, team meetups, or in-person training sessions may be required depending on project needs and team priorities

Expected Compensation
- Technical Construction Project Manager - $100,000 - $150,000/annual salary
- Sr Technical Construction Project Manager - $124,000 - $186,000/annual salary
+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
