Pay Range: $34,000 - $48,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Provide an elite member experience through advancing our member standard guidelines
• Serve as a product expert to the alternative channel customers in order to reduce overall cost of returns and drive member satisfaction
• Assist in tracking final mile delivery for all TSI related product
• Daily interaction with alternative channel customer relations to manage all customer inquiries and escalations
• Work as a partner with alternative channel support teams to ensure guests have timely and accurate information
• Manage issues for guests; bring to a speedy satisfactory resolution
• Work alternative channel help desks daily for efficient response and resolution to inquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

• Demonstrated ability to think cross functionally and holistically across a consumer goods supply chain influencing change.

• Ability to multitask and achieve deliverables with minimal supervision
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products; prior POS system experience preferred
• Some travel, evening and weekend work may be required.
