Staffmark is hiring on behalf of a top-tier client-a leading manufacturer of specialty flat-rolled aluminum products used across consumer and commercial markets. They're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in Russellville, AR.

This is a direct hire position with competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Pay: $30.62 - $35.43/hr | Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM, Rotating Shift

Available Shift:



  • 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Rotating schedule (including weekdays and weekends)



Responsibilities:



  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
  • Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to safety procedures (e.g., JSAs)



Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting automation, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to interpret complex technical documentation
