Pay: $27.00 /HR

The Production coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the production, logistics, and inventory departments, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and production planning.

Responsibilities:



  • Oversee the daily operations of the production, logistics, and inventory departments.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of the departments.
  • Ensure that all products meet turnaround time requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Customer, Engineering team, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Ensure that all employees are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Create and provide KPI reports to senior management.




Required skills:



  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and production planning
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications


Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
