Reporting to the VP and Head of Clinical Pharmacology and Quantitative Medicine (CPQM) within the Respiratory, Immunology & Inflammation Research Unit (RIIRU), the VP, Digital Medicine is a critical leadership role responsible for defining and executing a compelling, future-focused digital strategy. The core purpose of this role is to spearhead the integration of digital tools-including wearables and remote monitoring-into clinical trials, enhancing study design, improving patient engagement, and navigating regulatory frameworks to maximize the likelihood of success. Continuously evaluating emerging health technologies, including devices and applications to our key therapeutic areas of interest, as VP, Digital Medicine you will ensure GSK is always in a front running position. You will forge 'preferred partner' relationships with external stakeholders including vendors, key opinion leaders, academic and clinical partners, to optimise GSK's strategy and technology capabilities via access to the latest innovations as well as enhancing GSK's reputation in this field. Leading a multidisciplinary, global team accountable for end-to-end process digital strategy you will successfully collaborate with multiple matrix partners to ensure key transversal activities are executed to drive performance and delivery of the portfolio.
