The Eagle Ford Production Superintendent is the champion for EHS performance and driver of a high-performance culture within the operating area. The superintendent will oversee production operations, maintenance, measurement, automation, electrical, well interventions/workovers, and technology utilization across the operating asset. The production superintendent is the senior field leader for the basin and expected to foster a high performing team built on relationships, trust, technical and financial acumen, and servant leadership. The superintendent is the leader and mentor for field leaders as well as all field asset personnel. The production superintendent regularly communicates and collaborates with technical staff in OKC, including BU asset teams, EHS, Drilling & Completions, land & regulatory, accounting, HR, supply chain, and technology. They recommend and administer plans and programs for maximizing production, reducing costs, and improving efficiencies. The production superintendent provides leadership, coaching, mentoring, and serves as a change agent when necessary. The production superintendent must have the ability to communicate and provide presentations to all levels of the organization and professionally represent Devon to external stakeholders.

* Lead and oversee Eagle Ford field operations of the Devon's operated properties within the Eagle Ford Basin

* Understand and apply all applicable Devon policies and protocols

* Support and champion progression of the Production, Facilities, Infrastructure, and Construction Team Roadmap

* Ability to identify opportunities and champion the integration of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence into day-to-day operations.

* Experience with well interventions and production facility automation, measurement, electrical, and maintenance. Must have an ability to manage each disciplines dedicated leader.

* Instills and promotes the One Team Culture across all organizations

* Develop goals and strategic plans to drive continuous improvements and meet or exceed budget/goals (LOE, capex, production). Track and report updates on goals and KPIs accordingly

* Maintain regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance in conjunction with, and through close coordination with the engineers, foremen, regulatory & land, and EHS Teams

* Driver of continuous improvement, process optimization, and EHS excellence

* Utilize tools such as Wellview, PI Vision, ProdView, and Power BI for reporting and analysis

* Demonstrate and promote Devon's Core Values

* Leader with ability to foster trust, teamwork, and a safe/healthy work environment for the entire team

* Must possess good listening skills and be an effective coach.

* Focus and intentionality towards building and maintaining relationships with 3rd party service providers to drive improvements in safety and operational reliability

* Leader that holds themself accountable and team accountable as well

EDUCATION

* High School diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

* Requires a minimum of 15 years of oil & gas experience with strong industry financial and operational acumen

CERTIFICATIONS

* Current Well Control Certification preferred and the ability to sit and pass the Devon Well Control Certification Program once in the position.

* American Petroleum Institute (API) Certifications (preferred).
