The Opportunity Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst to join the Information Technology department in a teleworking arrangement. Reporting to the Director of CRM Systems, the CRM Analyst is responsible for working within the CRM team to design, implement, and support ERAU's Salesforce environment (Education Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud). The CRM Analyst will work with other CRM Analysts on the CRM team in an agile environment, to analyze business processes and identify opportunities to apply technology and improve efficiencies, while promoting best practices and delivering value to ERAU's stakeholders. This role will be responsible for participating in and/or leading efforts involving the installation, growth and evolution of the CRM system. Some general responsibilities and duties include researching the customer base, management of data regarding constituents, analyzing data regarding constituents, creating and maintaining flows/automations, testing configuration changes in sandbox environments before deploying to production, providing technical support for various campaigns, analyzes CRM system data, examines constituent history, creates reports for key stakeholders and business departments, creates dashboards for business departments, and makes recommendations regarding relationship strategies and constituent data based on "best practices". Required Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
Required licenses, certificates, and/or security clearances: Salesforce Certified Administrator certification preferred Required minimum number of years work related experience: 1-3 years of work-related experience in Information Technology. Required skills, knowledge, abilities:
