Shipping and Kitting Operator

• Operate computers, software, printers, and perform accurate ERP (AX) transactions for material movements.
• Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other transport equipment; open to training if needed.
• Prepare materials such as silicone mixtures and perform siliconizing tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and complete end-of-shift cleanup and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with incoming shifts and escalate issues to management appropriately.
• Support team operations through participation in meetings, training, and cross-departmental assistance.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, meet training deadlines, and assist with general tasks like cycle counts, housekeeping, and stocking.

• High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing operator role with working knowledge of a warehouse environment.
• No previous Kitting experience required.
