Commercial Maintenance Technician

Advantage xPO is seeking a skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician in Addison, IL. If you have the experience and a passion for ensuring equipment runs smoothly, this is the perfect role for you!

Pay | $35 - $37 per hour

Schedule | 1st Shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 4+ years of related experience and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A valid driver's license
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Basic math skills

Commercial Maintenance Technician Summary

Performs preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, equipment and grounds. Conducts "face-to-face" meetings with customers. Utilizes multiple trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC, and other skills as needed to solve maintenance problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements.
• Performs minor plumbing maintenance on existing systems.
• Performs routine painting, carpentry work, and minor electrical maintenance.
• Completes service inspections and asset inspections as needed.
• Responsible for accurate and timely paperwork related to essential duties and responsibilities.
• Maintain, organize, and control inventory supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and materials.
