A Day In The Life:
This role supports the financial planning and performance management processes to drive optimization of the Corporate reporting segment, including the portfolio analysis, business planning and target setting cycle, the quarterly forecast, and the monthly performance cycle and related analysis. The role will support the analysis of the quarterly results to inform and assist in the preparation of the quarterly earnings press release. The role will assist the department's mandate to oversee governance, reporting, and tracking for external and internal KPIs and metrics.

This role also supports the preparation of presentation materials to support the CEO, CFO, SVP- Treasury and FP&A, VP-Investor Relations and other senior leaders (eg: Board meetings, Earnings guidance, Investor updates, ELT/SMM meetings, etc).

What You'll Be Doing:
Performance Management
* Support the creation and delivery of prescriptive, streamlined, and effective formats for performance management analysis for use across all business units and value chains, including evaluating potential alternatives to address gaps/shortcomings.
* Liaise with Corporate Functions and Value Chain Finance Partners as necessary.
* Assist in the tracking of internal and external reporting metrics and KPIs including coordinating, building, and maintaining reporting hierarchies to align with an evolving organizational structure.
Monthly / Quarterly Performance Management Cycle
* Assist in preparation of monthly results analysis, understanding differences versus forecast, prior year and trends; highlighting risks and opportunities and distributing a snapshot of key information to Bunge's ELT and other key stakeholders
* Assist in preparation of quarterly FP&A deliverables supporting the Earnings Call process, completing in depth analysis for the Corporate reporting segment, ensuring reports and key messages are clearly and concisely delivered to the CEO, CFO, and Investor Relations.
* Financial Forecasting - Assist in coordination with Value Chain and Business Unit Finance Leads on key forecast drivers and submission requirements. Support Corporate FP&A team in consolidating Bunge's global forecast, with focus on EBIT, ROIC and EPS. Prepare Forecast package report for the global ELT.
* Continuously work to improve the performance management process, streamlining materials and tools to improve and streamline the deliverables and enhance the quality of the data.
Other
* Assist in direct support where needed to the CFO and other Corporate functions in preparing information for the investor community, including earnings call and other events (e.g., shareholder meetings, etc.), the ELT, the board, or other needs related to financial planning and financial performance.
* OneStream and Tableau System Opportunities - assist in optimizing FP&A enhancements in OneStream through build out of key monthly reports in OneStream and/or Tableau.
* Support Corporate FP&A Corp team on ad hoc basis."

Skills & Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, agricultural economics, and/or a related discipline
* Minimum one year of experience in either relevant Industry and/or Finance-related functions.
