Your Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Manager of Sales Analytics to lead our Sales Analytics team and function. This individual will manage a team of three analysts and be responsible for delivering impactful analytics, reporting, and insights that drive data-informed decision making across our commercial and enterprise sales teams. Reporting to the Vice President, GTM Sales Strategy & Planning, this role is critical to enabling performance visibility, revenue growth, and improved sales productivity. The ideal candidate is an expert in large data sets, adept in using modern analytics tools to craft clear, actionable insights and an experienced leader.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Analysts.
  • Build strong relationships with senior Sales, Finance, and Marketing leaders to align analytics initiatives with strategic priorities and influence GTM decisions
  • Partner with our Business Intelligence team to design and deliver scalable dashboards and reports in Oracle Analytics Cloud or similar analytics tools
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales Leaders, providing actionable insights to drive performance and growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Tech, and Marketing to deliver insights that support GTM strategies, sales execution, and revenue growth
  • Partner with Sales Enablement and field leadership to translate insights into actions, sales plays, and performance improvement programs.
  • Develop, maintain and enhance performance analyses that track pipeline velocity, segment performance, and conversion trends.
  • Present data in compelling and business-relevant formats for executive and field sales consumption.
  • Take a lead role in exploring and establishing the foundation for AI-powered analytics tools to support predictive modeling, lead scoring, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence teams to refine data models, enrich analytics infrastructure, and ensure cross-system consistency.
  • Contribute to sales strategy planning, segmentation analysis, quota setting support, and compensation performance reviews.
  • Continuously assess new tools, methodologies, and data sources to improve analytics capabilities and stay at the forefront of sales analytics innovation.
  • Champion data literacy and analytics best practices across the broader Sales and RevOps teams.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years in analytics, sales operations, business intelligence, or consulting, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience with modern BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Amazon QuickSight.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills; familiarity with Python or R a plus.
  • CRM experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Boostr, etc.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and business recommendations.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Track record of working cross-functionally and managing projects independently in a dynamic environment.
  • A passion for coaching and developing analytical talent.

The salary range for this role is $125,000-$140,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
