DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position you will perform administrative and technical work that will support BVM's management of the Commonwealth's Agencies vehicle fleet. This includes generating, reviewing, and analyzing data related to fleet mileage, fuel, and telematics data. You will verify the accuracy of this data in the fleet management system and make corrections when necessary as well as process repair, downtime, and other utilization information. Your responsibilities will also involve breaking data down by various categories to support further analysis, as well as assisting the Chief with responding to inquiries from agencies. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. Telework will be discussed during interview process and available after training program. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
