Are you between the ages of 21-25 and looking for a flexible, part-time role that pays well and offers mileage reimbursement? Staffmark is hiring Secret Shoppers in Baxter, MN to assist with internal compliance checks at local retailers who sell tobacco and alcohol.

Pay: $18/hour + $0.50 per mile reimbursement

Flexible schedule | Routes due by the 6th & 12th each month

As a Secret Shopper, you''''''''ll be assigned routes to visit select retail locations and verify compliance with laws and company policies. This is a great opportunity to earn extra income while gaining valuable experience in compliance, retail operations, or investigative work.

Schedule Details:

Routes are assigned in two rounds each month:

• Round 1 must be completed by the 6th
• Round 2 must be completed by the 12th

You'll work with your recruiter to select specific days that fit your availability.

Shift times may vary depending on the assigned route.

What You Need to Qualify:

• Must be 21 to 25 years old (age-specific for compliance purposes)
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and submit timely reports
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
