As a Region Recruiter I, you are responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates for all necessary positions. You will drive company recruitment initiatives which includes college recruitment, diversity recruitment and military recruitment. You are responsible for championing these initiatives with the field and increasing the pool of qualified candidates.
What you'll do:
- Under the guidance of the Recruitment Manager, responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates for branch positions
- Build relationships with Branch Managers and District Managers to formulate annual recruiting plans with a focus on turnover reduction, college/technical school hiring, diversity recruitment and skilled labor recruitment
- Focus sourcing efforts to increase pool of candidates to meet these objectives
- Research and utilize various recruitment sources including non-fee, niche websites, military, job boards, social media and diversity sources along with ATS (WorkDay)
- Assist in attending college/technical school fairs and building partnerships with schools
- Forge relationships with trade schools, technical schools, high schools, military bases and transition offices for placement to various positions and partnering with hiring managers
- Manage and administer ATS (WorkDay) and On-boarding system for the region
- Conduct routine recruiting administrative work focusing on reduction in cycle time-to-hire for each job.
- Assist hiring managers, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters and non-competes for new hires as necessary
- Responsible for recruitment metrics (slate time, diversity, time to fill etc)
- Report on staffing metrics (e.g., cost per hire,) college hiring, diversity and other initiative results
- Run reports to analyze recruitment issues and proactively determine ways to improve recruitment results
- Other duties assigned as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required with an emphasis in Human Resources
- Minimum 1-3 years recruiting experience and/or experience in equipment rental industry or other similar fast paced, high volume environment
- Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent assessment and interviewing skills
- Proficiency in internet and social media sourcing
- Some experience using an Applicant Tracking System, workday preferred
- Hands-on experience in college, diversity and military recruitment preferred
- 20% travel to include air, over and multi-night stay

Responsabilites du poste:
- Etablir des relations avec les DS et les directeurs de district pour formuler des plans de recrutement annuels en mettant l'accent sur la stabilite de la main-d'oeuvre, l'embauche dans les colleges, le recrutement militaire et axe sur la diversite.
- Concentrer les efforts de recherche pour augmenter le bassin de candidats afin d'atteindre ces objectifs.
- Rechercher et utiliser diverses sources de recrutement, notamment:des sites Web specialises gratuits, des sources militaires et de diversite, ainsi que la base de donnees des candidats de l'entreprise, la gestion du recrutement
- Aider a assister a des salons universitaires et a etablir des relations universitaires.
- Etablir des relations avec les ecoles de metiers, les ecoles techniques, les bases militaires et les bureaux de transition pour placer des DS ou d'autres postes, en partenariat avec les gestionnaires d'embauche.
- Gerer et administrer le processus ATS et le systeme d'integration pour les regions:
- Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les directeurs de succursale et de district et d'autres gestionnaires d'embauche pour assurer le flux de processus du systeme, une offre et un processus d'integration fluide si necessaire.
- Effectuer un travail administratif de recrutement de routine en se concentrant sur la reduction du temps de cycle d'embauche pour chaque emploi.
- Aider les DS/gestionnaires d'embauche a programmer des entretiens, preparer des lettres d'offre et ententes de non-concurrence pour les nouvelles embauches si necessaire
- Rapport sur les parametres de dotation en personnel (p. ex., le cout par embauche, le temps de pourvoir) et les resultats de l'embauche, de la diversite et d'autres initiatives aupres des colleges
- Executer des rapports ATS pour analyser les problemes de recrutement et ameliorer le recrutement
- Cooperer avec la region pour le recrutement externe en aidant les DS dans le placement d'annonces si necessaire, en resolvant les problemes de l'agence si necessaire, en utilisant les outils du bureau du recruteur virtuel (RVO) pour ameliorer l'ensemble
- des efforts de recrutement de la region

Experiences requises:
- Baccalaureat requis avec une specialisation en ressources humaines
- Minimum de 3ans d'experience en recrutement et/ou experience dans la location d'equipement dans un environnement rapide a volume eleve
- Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellentes competences dans le domaine d'evaluation et d'entretien
- Maitrise de recherches sur le Web
- Experience de l'utilisation d'un systeme de suivi des candidatures
- Experience pratique du recrutement universitaire et axe sur la diversite preferable, et de preference du recrutement militaire
- Travailler a partir d'une succursale locale avec environ 20% de deplacements requis.
