Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead the rollout of global SAP processes across multiple regions

• Align local operations with global standards to streamline performance

• Analyze business needs and translate them into system solutions

• Manage SAP-related incidents and prioritize new system requirements

• Deliver impactful training and change management initiatives

• Collaborate with local process owners to ensure seamless adoption

• Monitor progress, share insights, and report to global stakeholders

• Champion continuous improvement and innovation in every process

Your Background

• Degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field

• Over 10 years of experience in business process or program implementation within manufacturing

• Deep knowledge of at least one SAP module (e.g., SD, MM, PP), plus Salesforce/FSM and data analysis

• Proven ability to communicate, solve problems, and engage stakeholders effectively

• Skilled in project management, training development, and detail-oriented execution

• Comfortable navigating complex systems and driving change
