For over 40 years, Mirmont Treatment Center, part of Main Line Health, has helped thousands on their recovery journey through comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for substance use and co-occurring psychiatric conditions. With over 170 employees and 130 beds, Mirmont treatment center can ensure that every patient receives compassionate care in a safe, welcoming environment.

Our Services: Detoxification, Inpatient treatment, Outpatient programs, Dual diagnosis care, Holistic therapies, Family support and Aftercare planning

• Outpatient centers in Broomall, Exton, and Media offer partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for adults and adolescents (14+), including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and medication-assisted treatment.

• Inpatient psychiatric care for adults (18+) at Bryn Mawr Hospital, providing acute stabilization, crisis intervention, and dual diagnosis treatment.

Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the Mirmont Treatment Center and affiliated outpatient settings. You are responsible for managing all administrative and financial functions of the treatment center and outpatient clinics, responsible for advancing the interests of the Treatment Center, as expressed in effective representation to the members of the Treatment Center and the community which it serves, and responsible for providing a well-managed treatment center with clear lines of responsibility and accountability within the departments and between departments and administration while conserving physical and financial assets.

Position: Executive Director Mirmont Treatment Centers

Shift: Day shift 40 hours per week

Experience:
5 years plus administrative experience in Substance Use Disorder in an outpatient and inpatient setting , including progressive management experience.

Education:
Masters degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related graduate degree. Behavioral Health related field will be considered with corresponding health care administration experience.
