As a Security Professional - Mall Patrol in Blythewood, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a retail location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. You will be expected to communicate clearly and respond promptly to any security-related concerns, contributing to a welcoming and orderly atmosphere. This position requires driving as part of your duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
