Research Administration Management Senior Analyst

Projects are of significant complexity and require engagement of transdisciplinary teams across many organizations. The Program Manager/Epidemiologist oversees and manages all aspects of the research projects; coordinates implementation of research activities; supervises staff and research teams; participates in the design and implementation of novel population health strategies; coordinates with analysts, research staff and investigators across participating sites; assists with data management and supports the dissemination of research findings; works with principalinvestigators to analyzedata and write manuscripts for publication purposes; and collaborates and communicates with research team to implement research protocols.

  • Manages research projects from inception to successful completion in collaboration with PI.

  • Coordinates all needed resources and workloads to achieve objectives and strategies within specific time-sensitive windows.

  • Manages, monitors, and reports research data to maintain quality and compliance.

  • Conducts and evaluates data analysis and reviews for cohesiveness and value of data.

  • Independently performs administrative and regulatory duties related to the study and participates in other protocol development activities.

  • In collaboration with the principal investigator, researches, develops, and submits to appropriate agencies the study protocol.

  • Works to build consensus while managing significant partnerships with national/international consortium or program members.

  • Develops and manages grant renewal processes and progress reports.

  • Initiates and maintains positive working relationships with internal and external members.

  • Manages complex projects and serves as a resource for issues and communication relating to the Program.

  • Performs duties independently and initiates judgment in handling a variety of programmatic issues.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree required. Masters degree or higher preferred. Experience in epidemiology and experience in cancer research required. 4 years of relevant experience required.
